We were at the "Orange Bistrot" in the industrial area of Pisa, in Ospedaletto, on a Wednesday and our experience was truly pleasant.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and modern, a style that goes well with the location of the restaurant. The staff has been friendly and attentive since our arrival.
Wednesday is dedicated to pizzas, in addition to the normal menu, both for lunch and dinner, cooked in a wood-fired oven. The variety of pizzas available was impressive, with classic and creative options. We opted for an "Orange Pizza", a "Stuffed Cooked and Mozzarella" and a "Pizza al Crudo". The crust was crunchy and the ingredients fresh and quality.
Service was fast despite the presence of numerous customers, and the staff was helpful in providing advice on pizza combinations and answering our questions about available options.
Also worth highlighting is the selection of drinks, with a list of local wines that added a touch of sophistication to our dinner.
If you are looking for a welcoming environment and delicious pizzas, the Orange bistro is definitely for you. We will definitely be back to try other specialties on their menu.
On Wednesday evening for pizza evening I went to the Orange Bistrot and I was very impressed, everything was excellent! The appetizer can be requested ground or vegetarian; the pizza was light and very good and also accompanied by an excellent craft beer, and then finished with a delicious dessert! The staff was very kind and friendly in serving us. Highly recommended!
I went to the Orange bar one morning because I was passing through. Very good breakfast, wide choice and everything very well looked after. It felt like home! They also do business lunches and pizzeria on Wednesday evenings. The place is very nice, parking is easy to find and the staff is young and friendly. To return.
I went on Wednesday evening to pick up takeaway pizzas and flatbreads. Very nice and well looked after place. All very good. Nice and kind staff. We will definitely be back for dinner too!
